Job Description:
  1. Ensure to route customer calls, web leads, emails and faxes to sales team for action.
  2. Ensure all sales or marketing materials including promotional materials, labels and customer lists are accurate and accessible.
  3. Coordinate sales team by filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  4. Handle the processing of all customer orders or requests with accuracy and timeliness
  5. Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required
  6. Generate sales report for metric analysis
  7. Support for special sales program when required
Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Candidates must possess at least tertiary education qualification or above
  • Preferably with minimum 2-years experience working in any Sales Coordination Field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with some knowledge on healthcare industry
  • Candidates with good IT skills are preferably sought after
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
  • Good communication skills
Job Description:
  1. To establish strong relationships with external stakeholders to drive quality care and best practice, expansion of treatment access for patients and endorsement for BREGO'S product.
  2. Actively contribute to the team in identifying opportunities for business growth, development of business plan and production of suitable educational and promotional materials.
  3. Commercially responsible for development of the business in a specific geographic area by building influential relationships amongst all external stakeholders in the treatment community, and driving education, appropriate usage and adoption of BREGO's product.
  4. The role requires effective customer segmentation, targeting and prioritization combined with time management to ensure efficient territory management and delivery of KPIs.
  5. The role is expected to actively contribute to the business plan by providing insights and learning from the market to assist in identifying opportunities of growth,
  6. The role encompasses the building of awareness, empathy and expanding treatment access, and driving awareness, education and appropriate usage of BREGO's product (Business Growth) amongst external stakeholders.
  7. This position will be responsible for Malacca & Negeri Sembilan area.
Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Preferably with minimum 1-2 year experience in the pharmaceutical & medical devices industry.
  • Independent with minimum supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and empathy, track record of building long standing influential Key Opinion Leader relationships.
  • Demonstrate an ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly and disseminate appropriately to all levels of healthcare professionals.
  • The business language in BREGO is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
  • Car and driving license are required
